    What You'll Do

    + Assist customers via phone and email

    + Provide accurate order support

    + Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery

    + Complete time-sensitive follow-ups

    + Serve as an advocate for customers by resolving complex or escalated issues with thoughtful, customer-focused solutions

    + Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and internal teams to ensure product issues are resolved efficiently

    Job Requirements

    + Sales experience preferred but not required

    + Strong computer proficiency — comfortable navigating multiple systems at once

    + CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

    + Typing speed of 60+ WPM
