**Austin Industrial** is currently seeking a **Pipefitter Foreman** to join our staff located at **Pasadena, TX** . This person must be experienced in crew supervision, scheduling, equipment oversight, and ensuring safety compliance.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Supervise crews installing, maintaining, and repairing high-pressure piping systems, ensuring strict adherence to safety (OSHA) and quality standards

+ Manage daily work schedules, performing field take-offs, coordinating material resources, inspecting welds/systems, and overseeing hydrotesting.

+ Train personnel, manage costs, and report to superintendents.

+ Manage a crew of pipefitters, assigning tasks, training personnel, and resolving technical issues.

+ Assigns workers to specific duties.

+ Inspects completed processing systems to determine conformance to specifications.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of the plant and area to provide expectations to crews working on assets.

+ Good communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience: 5+ years of previous supervisory experience as a NCCER Pipefitter Foreman in pipefitting and in industrial construction.

+ NCCER Piping General Foreman Certification required

+ Valid Driver's License required

+ Valid TWIC card required

+ Regular, reliable attendance

+ Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

+ Meet physical demands as listed above
