Timekeeper Clerk
A Timekeeper Clerk is responsible for accurately tracking employee hours, attendance, and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain Accurate Records: Track and record employee work hours, attendance, and leave using timekeeping systems and
+ Payroll Processing: Compile and verify timesheets, calculate hours worked, and prepare payroll data for
+ Address Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor
+ Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports and assist in audits related to time and
+ Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll issues, providing assistance as
+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required for this Position:
**Education** – no minimum education requirements.
**Experience** – 2+ years direct experience in a Timekeeping Clerk role with payroll.
**Certification / License:** A valid Driver’s License, and a TWIC Card.
