    _*_ Telework (https://mn.gov/mmb-stat/policies/1422-telework.pdf) _(Within Minnesota or neighboring states) and flexible hours options are available._ _The incumbent will be required to work in the office for at least 50% of the scheduled days. This position_ _carries on-site_ _responsibilities_ _which_ _may_ _require working_ _in_ _the_ _office_ _beyond_ _the_ _minimum expectations set forth in the Telework Policy._

     

    This position exists to provide division-wide technical support liaison duties and act as the Division’s SharePoint Site Administrator. In addition, they provide key high level administrative support activities for division leadership team and serve as office and administrative back up support for division staff. The incumbent also supports staff members with technology issues and assisting with access to collaborations tools, hybrid meetings, and business systems.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Providetechnicalsupport to the division

    + CommunicationssupportandSharePointadministration

    + Provideofficeandadministrativesupport for division

    + Processtheonboardingofnewemployees and the offboarding of departing employees

    + Otherdutiesasassigned *Duties are varied and may change depending on division priorities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Two (2) years of experience working with telecommunications, computer hardware, software and providing technical computer support. Experience must demonstrate:

     

    + Supporting and assisting administration staff with standard computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and SharePoint and other business-related applications.

    + Various technical support duties, policies and procedures.

    + Managing data collection systems, forms, procedures and reports related to IT activities.

    + Managing and supporting division-wide data, user access, and reporting process.

    + Providing videoconference and webinar support to business areas.

    + Providing support procuring and installing IT and telecommunications equipment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance along with software support and deployment strategies.

    + Instructional design methodologies and techniques.

    + Experience using advanced Microsoft Office products including, Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat Professional.

    + Experience supporting learning or business systems, including user access and operational support.

    + WC3 and ADA accessibility standards.

    + Provide backup TSL services to administration.

    + Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
