Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Analyst on the Ops Product Delivery Engagement Insights & Analytics team will support end-to-end change management across the Air Ops organization through a multi-phased insights strategy based on a continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, driving action and monitoring employee feedback. We are seeking creative, curious and driven individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights.
This role requires a passion for employee engagement and continuous improvement, attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen. The senior analyst will have experience with extracting insights from large volumes of data and be able to clearly communicate findings and make recommendations to stakeholders responsible for strategic business decisions.
- Engage with domain experts to understand business challenges, identify data-driven opportunities and enhance decision-making and employee engagement
- Extract, analyze and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data for ad hoc reporting and data analysis;
- Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback and insights, recommend changes for implementation, and action on those that deliver a positive, consistent, and seamless employee experience.
- Effectively manage active projects to help ensure that all engagements are delivered at or above stakeholder expectations.
- Help develop change management KPIs, track and report on adoption metrics, and change effectiveness to leadership.
- Schedule and maintain trending reports and alerts to key business stakeholders that are ultimately responsible for addressing business initiatives.
- Facilitate process mapping, standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience in analytical role (analysis, information science, data visualization or other relevant quantitative field)
- 2 years' experience in developing and fostering relationships with leaders across all levels
- Excellent analytical aptitude including ability to develop sound insights across multiple data sources.
- Initiative, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency in delivering insights.
- Ability to prepare and present executive level presentations.
- Demonstrates curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
**What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** Master's degree

- Experience with survey data development or design.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry or a strong understanding of airline operations is a plus
- PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification highly desirable
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire or other data visualization tools.
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
