    Overview:

    The Sales strategy team is tasked with strengthening the Paramount Ad Sales organization by streamlining how teams operate and collaborate. The team serves as internal strategy consultants who play a crucial role in the company's success by overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies and processes. The team also plays an operational role supporting key initiatives while partnering with the Ad Sales President, Executives, and Senior Leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    + Analyze and decompose processes to recommend potential process improvements.

    + Manage critical sales operational data, in systems such as Salesforce.

    + Design and deploy tools in collaboration with the technology org to automate repetitious processes.

    + Collaborate with Sales and Operational teams to conduct frequent data analytics for internal stakeholders to plan and execute both short- and long-term strategy for business growth.

    + Identify trends in our marketplace, potential prospects, and innovations.

    + Oversee the Sales technology budget, covering subscriptions, contracts, costs, and renewal fees

    + Develop financial models to examine and address complex business problems.

    + Create and maintain dashboards and documents that provide senior executive team a reliable snapshot of our emerging business lines.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration or Management.

    + 5+ years experience in Media, Sales Operations, or related field.

    + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Insight with sales CRM and reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Google Data Studio, and Tableau or similar visualization tools.

    + Expertise in competitive analysis, financial ratio assessment, SWOT evaluation, and market or industry analysis to drive clear, databacked decisionmaking.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Proficient knowledge and interest in the media, entertainment, and advertising industry.

    + Malleable to changing priorities and able to multitask critical assignments-effective time management.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 92,500.00.

     

    The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
