    Job Summary:

    HCA West Florida has an opening for two Family Medicine Residency Assistant Program Director at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Must be ABIM board certified in Family Medicine

    + Must have or be able to obtain a Florida medical license

    + Must have a minimum of 3 years of core faculty teaching experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program

    + Must have strong administrative and team building skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + 6-10 clinical inpatient shifts per month precepting residents

    + Majority of the day M-F at the facility’s GME Admin offices working with residents, faculty, and other GME personnel
