The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Software Project Management Specialist** team to support our **Common Core System** **(CCS)** **Software** **Engineering** **Team** located in **Everett, Washington** . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Software Engineering organization.
In this role the candidate would be responsible for the integration, support, and management of Software Program Management processes, tools, and metrics across the Common Core System Software Team. The candidate will be establishing and leading teams; developing project plans and deliverables; and coordinating all aspects of projects in the development and implementation of Program Management processes, requirements, tools, testing, metrics, templates, guidelines, communications, and training.

Position Responsibilities:
+ Leads,develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, andmaintainsintegrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activitiesin accordance withproject management industry
+ Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, riskassessmentsand planning efforts todetermineimpacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
+ Identifiesrisk and opportunity potential, develops mitigationplanningand refines the business case
+ Develops andestablisheslead time requirements
+ Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
+ Acts as primary project contact toestablishkey stakeholder requirements and projectobjectives
+ Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects frominceptionthrough completion
+ Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Basic** **Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
+ 6+years’of experience with project management, program planning, businessoperationsor industrial engineering
+ 6+years’of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
+ 3+years’of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MicrosoftProjectand/or Milestone
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includesmanufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
+ Effectivecommunicatorwithtechnicalandnon-technicalpersonnelatallorganization levels including suppliers and customers
+ Demonstratedleadershipfordrivingissueresolutionandmitigatingtechnicalrisk
+ Experienceworkingwithcertificationrelatedactivitiesand/orcertificationauthorities(FAA, EASA, etc.)
+ **Level 3** : 5or more years’related work experienceor an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ **Level 4:** 9or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $101,150 - $136,850
Summary pay range for Senior Level (Level 4): $126,650 - $171,350
