• Deltek Costpoint Implementation Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    + Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products.

    + Monitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project.

    + Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort.

    + Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met.

    + Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved.

    + Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health.

    + Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects.

    + Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    + ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet.

    + PMP Certification.

    + Bachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related field.

    + Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model.

    + Emotional Intelligence.

    + Ability to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables.

    + MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server.
