Burnt Hills–Ballston Lake Central School District

The Burnt Hills–Ballston Lake CSD is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following Boys Lacrosse coaching positions for the upcoming season. One posting covers multiple openings; applicants may apply for one or more positions.

Available Positions

+ Boys Varsity Lacrosse – Assistant Coach

+ Boys Junior Varsity Lacrosse – Head Coach

+ Boys Modified Lacrosse – Head Coach

Responsibilities (vary by level)

+ Plan and conduct practices aligned with district and NYSPHSAA guidelines

+ Teach lacrosse fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship

+ Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel

+ Communicate effectively with players, families, and athletic staff

+ Support the overall goals and philosophy of the BH-BL athletic program

Qualifications

+ Prior coaching and/or playing experience preferred (level-appropriate)

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ NYSED coaching requirements (or willingness to complete):

+ First Aid/CPR/AED

+ DASA

+ Child Abuse Identification

+ School Violence Prevention

+ Fingerprint clearance required

Compensation

+ Stipend based on the current BH-BL Coaches’ Contract and position level
