As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. Your role involves overseeing communications, responding promptly to incidents, and supporting on-site teams. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications to coordinate security-related responses within the financial institution location.

+ Dispatch security personnel as needed in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance, maintaining calm and clear communication throughout.

+ Document all incidents, calls, and dispatch activities accurately and promptly according to site-specific procedures.

+ Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures and policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding visitors or staff according to established protocols.

+ Support emergency response activities by relaying critical information to the appropriate personnel and coordinating resources as directed.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring surveillance systems where applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Experience providing customer service is preferred.

+ Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
