As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Bank Patrols** in **Tempe, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations on site in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter unwanted activity.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and addressing concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual circumstances to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.

+ Support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients by maintaining a professional presence during patrols and interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
