As a **Security Officer - Front Desk Aero Facility** in **Palm Bay, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and professional presence at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing access control, and assisting with security-related inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials of employees, contractors, and/or visitors.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

+ Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals entering or exiting the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
