You will manage access control, monitor entry points, and maintain a professional presence. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required for entry.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal protocols and client instructions.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information related to security-related matters.

+ Support efforts to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
