Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Surgery Scheduler, you will be a critical orchestrator of complex operational logistics, ensuring seamless alignment of resources, personnel, and services.
Every day, you will expertly manage intricate scheduling and resource allocation while meticulously entering and maintaining data. You will also produce schedules, and oversee template maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling systems. Your proactive approach and commitment to operational precision are paramount.
SCHEDULER DUTIES
+ Coordinate and schedule appointments for surgeries and follow-up appointments and any other tests as ordered by the surgeon.
+ Schedule surgery at correct location with surgeon(s)
+ Coordinate arrangements for surgical assistants, special equipment and surgical materials.
+ Organize the next day's schedule and ensure that there are no physician or equipment conflicts.
+ Provide patient with preoperative and postoperative information.

$24.00 - $32.74 /hour
