Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team!

+ 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.

+ 18- 20 patients a day

+ Superb inhouse subspecialty support. Magnet hospital - rarely need to transfer a patient out!

+ In the top bar "Academic Opportunity", we should change it from NO to YES.

+ Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine at Phoenix.

+ Collaborative and cohesive hospitalist team with near 100% retention rate and exponential growth.

+ Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities.

+ Very competitive AMGA compensation model includes Base salary + wRVU productivity incentive + Quality Incentive.

+ Paid malpractice, Generous annual CME stipend, Excellent benefit package.

+ Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivists; ventilator management, procedures, running codes not required.

Job Requirements

+ MD or DO Degree

+ BC/BE Internal Medicine

+ Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure

+ Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification

+ Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

+ Is a team-oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care, while serving the poor and underprivileged

Pay Range

$130.26 - $135.57 /hour
