Description We are looking for an experienced Paratary to provide legal support to a solo commercial litigator based in Culver City, California. This is a long-term contract position, offering flexibility in scheduling while requiring clear communication and adherence to deadlines. The role focuses on assisting with commercial litigation matters and involves drafting discovery responses and managing e-filing processes in State courts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft discovery responses to support litigation processes.

• Manage e-filing procedures in State courts, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively with the attorney to address commercial dispute cases.

• Organize and handle legal documents related to e-discovery and propounding.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the attorney regarding case progress.

• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.

• Provide administrative assistance in managing litigation workflows.

• Research and compile information relevant to ongoing cases.

• Adapt to flexible scheduling while meeting project deadlines.

• Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions and deliverables. Requirements • Proven experience in legal support, particularly in commercial litigation.

• Proficiency in e-filing procedures and familiarity with State court systems.

• Strong knowledge of drafting discovery responses and e-discovery processes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
