**Schedule:** Mon–Thurs, 6 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

**Type:** Contract‑to‑Hire

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble mechanical components & subassemblies

+ Read and work from detailed blueprints & schematics

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure product performance

+ Collaborate with engineers & support continuous improvement

+ Mentor junior assemblers and uphold safety & quality standards

+ Perform inspections & operate semi‑automated equipment

What You Bring

+ 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience

+ Strong blueprint/schematic reading skills

+ Solid troubleshooting & mechanical aptitude

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Ability to lift 35 lbs & work on your feet throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.
