    Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in our distribution process by picking orders using an RF Scanner and transporting products with a push cart, pallet jack, or forklift to the shipping/staging area. We offer training on forklift and pallet jack operation if needed, although prior experience is beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    + Use an RF Scanner to accurately pick orders.

    + Transport products to the shipping/staging area using a push cart, pallet jack, or forklift.

    + Pick a minimum of 100 lines per shift initially, with the goal to increase to 150-175 lines as you become more comfortable.

    + Handle a variety of products, including cases of water bottles, metal housing for PLCs, and computer/electronic parts.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using an RF Scanner.

    + Experience with order picking and general material handling.

    + Ability to operate a forklift, with training provided if necessary.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong attendance, positive attitude, and effective communication skills are essential.

    Work Environment

    Our expansive 125,000 sq. ft. warehouse offers a bustling and active environment. You will work primarily on the first shift from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Expect to walk up and down aisles throughout your shift and occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
