Production Worker
Job Description
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for wiring stacking coils within 20 turns in each channel, following and reading detailed instructions to assemble high-quality products. You will play a vital role in the product assembly process, ensuring all production schedule requirements are met to the company's high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Safely and efficiently meet all production work requirements by following operating procedures and work instructions.
+ Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, seeking advice when necessary.
+ Produce products of the highest standard according to the company's ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
+ Visually inspect products throughout production stages to identify defects, component orientation errors, missing components, or initial testing for product conformity.
+ Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workplace, including all plant areas, workstations, equipment, walkways, and break rooms using 5S procedures.
+ Participate in and implement continuous improvement projects.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production, testing, and cleanroom environments.
+ 6 months to 1 year of recent production experience.
+ Proficiency in using calipers or other hand tools for measuring.
+ Ability to read and speak English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with continuous improvement projects.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

Work Environment
Work independently in a quiet, temperature-controlled production environment. You will be seated at a table performing repetitive work for 10 hours a day, working with small parts and hand tools. No personal protective equipment, medical certifications, or additional certifications are required. Work on the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 2 pm - 10:30 pm, with a $0.50 shift differential.

This is a Contract position based out of Camarillo, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $13.50/hr.
