    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Laborer at a local parts cleaning company, where you will play a vital role in the production and maintenance of high-tech semiconductor components. Initially, you will work Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with a future transition to either Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.

    Responsibilities

    + Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from semiconductor manufacturing.

    + Disassemble, clean/refurbish, and reassemble parts in a controlled cleanroom environment.

    + Maintain the highest safety and quality standards, focusing on customer and company values.

    + Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.

    + Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.

    + Support maintenance of processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.

    + Utilize mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques.

    + Handle potentially hazardous materials, following appropriate safety procedures.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to micro-contamination protocols.

    + Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with production, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.

    + Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.

    + Proficiency in assembly and inspection tasks.

    + Understanding of cleanroom protocols.

    + Knowledge of chemical handling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor.

    + Experience in semiconductor industry.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a cleanroom, shop, and warehouse environment, utilizing safety equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, chemical-resistant aprons, and gloves. Adherence to stringent protocols is required to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
