    Job Title: Civil Engineer - Lead Service Line Replacement

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated civil engineer to oversee the replacement of lead service lines with copper ones. This role involves direct interaction with homeowners and requires strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Replace lead service lines with copper alternatives.

    + Communicate effectively with homeowners while on their property.

    + Conduct plumbing inspections outside homes.

    + Utilize a mobile app on a tablet to guide interactions and inspections.

    + Survey and canvass designated areas for service line inspections.

    Essential Skills

    + OSHA 10 certification.

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Experience or interest in construction.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in environmental engineering.

    + Knowledge of excavation and site development.

    + Surveying skills.

    Work Environment

    The role requires door-to-door canvassing and surveying. Inspectors will use a tablet with a mobile app to guide their interactions and inspections. The company offers an employee discount program, 401k, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
