Job Description
This position requires working closely with the lab team to ensure the testing of new products is completed accurately and timely. The role is integral to the pre-development of a class III medical device, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
+ Perform product testing as described in the test methods.
+ Comply with GLP, GDP, and GMP standards after receiving training.
+ Participate actively as a team member in testing processes.
+ Collaborate closely with lab engineers, other technicians, and the lab coordinator under some supervision.
Essential Skills
+ 0-3 years of experience performing testing and/or inspection in a laboratory setting or manufacturing environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, ideally Chemistry.
+ Proficiency in laboratory data entry.
+ Familiarity with LIMS, quality control, and lab equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience using laboratory equipment.
+ Previous experience with data entry in a laboratory information management system (LIMS) is a plus.
+ Average verbal and written communication skills and the ability to ask questions when uncertain.
+ Ability to work independently once trained.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
