This role provides critical program leadership for new device design changes, packaging strategy updates, and large-scale global supply chain execution. It is a highly administrative, program-driven role focused on timelines, governance, leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination rather than hands-on technical engineering. You will lead complex, multi-site programs across manufacturing, packaging, testing, labeling, storage, and distribution for medical devices and combination products.
Responsibilities

+ Maintain and manage program financials, ensuring accuracy of charges and resolution of variances.
+ Communicate program strategy, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
+ Establish and maintain effective governance structures, work breakdown structures, program charters, dashboards, and communication plans.
+ Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency strategies to ensure program continuity.
+ Identify opportunities for acceleration, efficiency, and cost avoidance; integrate evolving regulatory and industrialization requirements into program execution.
+ Drive alignment across global cross-functional teams; resolve issues, manage competing priorities, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
+ Lead global meetings, track actions, facilitate problem-solving, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
+ Ensure full program closure—technical, financial, and process handoffs—once milestones are achieved.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
+ 10+ years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering, science & technology, or technical operations in pharma/biotech/device
+ 5+ years of global program/project management experience

+ Experience with design transfer from development to operations
+ Strong understanding of industrialization and qualification processes
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
+ Experience in quality systems, design controls, labeling, regulatory submissions, and product launch
+ Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, or AI tools (OpenAI)
+ Strong financial acumen
+ Multilingual capabilities
+ Experience with project tracking through Jira / Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello, Workfront
+ Experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry preferred
+ Experience with Veeva and Workfront is a plus
+ Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Excellent organizational/time management skills and troubleshooting skills
+ Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
