Join our Corporate Insurance Services team and make an impact by combining hands-on claims management with data-driven analytics. You will help shape our approach to risk, support key stakeholders, and drive improvements in claims processes.
As an Analyst in Corporate Insurance, you will manage a portfolio of casualty claims and deliver actionable insights through claims analytics. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, support strategic decision making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims operations.
Job responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee a portfolio of Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability claims within a specified region
+ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the claims process, including incident reporting and work restrictions
+ Partner with adjusters and managers to facilitate timely return to work for injured employees
+ Assist third-party administrators and outside counsel with discovery, sworn documents, and depositions
+ Educate partners on claims policies and procedures
+ Develop and execute clear action plans for claims resolution
+ Ensure claims are reserved appropriately based on exposure and claim facts
+ Provide timely settlement concurrence and participate in mediations
+ Analyze claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
+ Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for senior leadership and branch management
+ Identify and implement cost and time-saving solutions in partnership with relevant teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management, analytics, or related discipline
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
+ Knowledge of casualty claims processes and insurance industry best practices
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Experience with claims management systems and data platforms; direct experience with Riskonnect or similar RMIS is a plus
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
+ Prior experience working with third-party administrators or insurance vendors
