DPEP – Technology & Digital, a division of The Walt Disney Company, creates world-class immersive digital experiences for premier vacation brands including the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, Shanghai Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and more. Digital has offices in Anaheim, Glendale, Hong Kong, Orlando, Paris, Seattle and Shanghai, where we design and develop results-driven websites and mobile applications.
Based in Orlando Florida and reporting to the Manager, Product Management, the Senior Product Manager will work with various business partners to bring to life their Marketing, Sales, and operational needs on the Parks and Resorts (P&R) websites and mobile apps. This position works closely with teams across Marketing, Sales and Operations and all Disney Parks, Experiences & Products Technology & Digital disciplines. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of consumer-facing websites, mobile and Digital marketing. The candidate will need to have strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities:
+ Relationship Management – The Senior Product Manager (PH), under guidance from their leader, manages partner expectations, scope, budgetdiscussionsand project communications.
+ Develops strong partner relationships
+ Provides partners with a consistent point of contact and accountability for their digital business needs
+ Provides critical thoughts and best practices to partners’ digital business needs
+ Canfrequentlyshift focus across multiple projects or lines of business
+ Is able toarticulate Disney Parks, Experiences & Products Technology & Digital strategy
+ Works to deliver solutions to business partner needs within the established digital strategy
+ Responsible for translating marketing concepts into detailed product requirements and executable tactics.
+ Generates project briefs that illustrate the essential elements of a project includingobjectives, strategies, target audience, background, and execution considerations
+ Translates research data into a story that drive business opportunity, projectobjectivesand prioritization
+ Writes detailed business requirements, or at least owns their quality
+ Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-strategy delivery of marketing- and operations-related projects
+ Escalates unresolved business, strategy, scope, and budget issues asappropriate tothe Manager
+ Is primarily responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving acceptance of projectobjectivesand scope with the project team and partners
+ Ensuresappropriate reviewand sign-off of key deliverables with Disney Parks, Experiences & Products Technology & Digitalteamsand partners
+ Fosters effective working relationships with internal Disney Parks, Experiences & Products Technology & Digital Creative, Production, and Technology teams and often brokers solutions between them
Basic Qualifications
+ 5+years combined business,agencyand/or digital experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
+ Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization
+ Willingness to take personal initiative
+ Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at the Manager level
+ Ability to work collaboratively across large matrix organizations
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Content Management Systems
+ Experience with digital or technology platforms
+ Comprehensive understanding of traditional or digital retail promotional strategies
