What will you do?

+ Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional events.

+ Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high‑quality and on‑time delivery.

+ Create, curate, and communicate engaging content across social media, email, websites, and promotional channels.

+ Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, giveaways, and related event activities.

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, materials, and insights needed for marketing and promotional initiatives.

+ Manage scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.

+ Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintaining marketing and customer databases, and updating customer account information (excluding rating changes).

+ Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

+ Monitor, track, and analyze marketing initiative performance and promotional activity results.

+ Maintain daily procedures for Lucky North Rewards members, including ID verification, application processing, record keeping, and accurate computer coding.

+ Communicate promotional and rewards program information to patrons and team members and answer related questions.

+ Recruit new club members and support overall customer engagement efforts.

+ Maintain confidentiality in all customer interactions, records, and program activities.

+ Assist with customer complaint resolution using active listening and de‑escalation skills.

+ Maintain inventory of retail items and department supplies.

+ Provide oversight and guidance to Players Club Attendants.

+ Assist in the hiring process and respond to team member questions regarding policies and procedures.

More about you

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

+ Supervisory experience.

+ Excellent guest service skills.

+ Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred.

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

+ Frequent standing the entire length of shift.

+ Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times.

+ Keyboarding 25% - includes the use of handheld devices while on the casino floor.
