About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on **Associate Director, HR Business Partner** to support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North America. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders in operations and sales, leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across branches and regions. You’ll balance workforce planning, labor/union issues, and employee relations with talent development, sales force enablement, and leadership effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

+ Partner with **Ops and Sales leaders** on org design, workforce/salesforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline.

+ Drive **talent development** for frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning.

+ Guide **sales force effectiveness** through incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs.

+ Lead complex **employee relations** issues.

+ Partner on comp & rewards, culture, engagement, and change initiatives (M&A, systems, realignments).

+ Use HR and sales analytics (turnover, attrition, quota ramp-up, succession health, engagement) to drive decisions.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 8+ years of HR experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master's degree

+ Prior **people leadership experience** — managing, coaching, and developing HR professionals

+ Strong background in **talent development, sales support, workforce planning, and Employee Relations** .

+ Familiarity with **sales incentives and union/non-union workforce issues** .

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is $178,750. – $250,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
