• Remote ERP Project Manager

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a remote ERP Project Manager to support one of our hardwood manufacturing clients. The ERP Project Manager works under the direction of the ERP Program Manager and collaborates closely with business process owners, functional teams, IT architects, and system integrators. This role directly manages individual ERP workstreams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Manufacturing), ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and quality standards. The role is also expected to manage & provide oversite to all other project managers working on the program, most importantly the prime ERP Implementation partner, ensure all project schedules are planned out and aligned, risks are tracked, and outcomes are met on time & on budget.

    • Risk Awareness: Anticipates issues early and communicates clearly

    • Communication: Produces clear, concise, executive-ready reporting

    • Adaptability: Adjusts plans when program needs shift

    • Self-Management: Proactively identifies tasks, risks, and gaps; takes initiative to move work forward without waiting for direction

    • Detail Orientation: Ensures accuracy and completeness in project artifacts, testing cycles, data tasks, and communication

    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to align SMEs, BPOs, vendors, and technical teams

    • ERP Lifecycle Knowledge: Hands-on experience with testing cycles, data conversion, cutover, and hyper care

    • 5-10 years of ERP Project Management Experience

    • Experience leading an ERP implementation project from end to end

    • Exp. managing cross functional teams

    • Exp. creating comprehensive project plans

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience

    • Azure DevOps Experience
