We are looking for a Strategic Buyer to join us Procurement team and lead the acquisition of Indirect Materials and Services. This is a key role in ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier excellence across our organization.

What you will do:

+ Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials, services, and supplies.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

+ Monitor markets and suppliers to identify trends and opportunities.

+ Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Analyze procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.

+ Negotiate optimal agreements with suppliers, even in complex scenarios.

+ Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, governance, and legal frameworks.

+ Prepare decision-making documents and propose innovative solutions.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.

+ At least 2 year of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.

+ Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Fluent in Spanish and English.
