Rock Crusher / Foreman

**Location** : Prairie du Chien, WI

**Pay:** $35–$40/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: **_Full-time, 40 hours/week with possible overtime_**

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Rock Crusher / Foreman to lead daily rock crushing and/or sand screening operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, and production.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and oversee rock crushing and/or sand screening equipment

+ Supervise crew and daily job-site operations

+ Ensure safe, efficient production and meet output goals

+ Perform basic inspections and troubleshooting

Qualifications

+ Experience in rock crushing and/or sand screening

+ Foreman or lead experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations

+ Ability to lead a crew and enforce safety standards

Pay & Benefits

+ $35–$40/hour depending on experience

+ Overtime opportunities

+ Full-time, stable position with leadership responsibility
