    _Job Responsibilities_

    _Inventory Lead/Material Handler_

    _Temporary Warehouse Associate Medical Device Environment MDSR Primary; SAP Preferred Duration: Temporary contract 12 months, Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Inventory Lead Position summary: Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Temporary Warehouse Associate to support material flow in a regulated medical device environment._

     

    + _The role will perform receiving, cycle counts, work order creation, and shipments primarily using the MDSR application. SAP knowledge is preferred but not required._

    + _The successful candidate will follow quality-driven processes and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and product integrity._

    _Key responsibilities_

    + _Receive inbound materials using MDSR: inspect shipments, verify packing lists, document discrepancies, and record receipts._

    + _Decontamination may be required._

    + _Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliations in MDSR; investigate variances and document corrective actions._

    + _Create, update, and release work orders via MDSR to support production; ensure accurate material staging and tracking._

    + _Prepare outbound shipments following MDSR-directed tasks and established shipping procedures._

    + _Maintain accurate location- and lot-level inventory records in MDSR; support physical-to-system location audits and investigations_

    + _Complete required documentation and electronic records in compliance with QMS procedures, traceability, lot control, and change control where applicable_

    + _Follow all cleanliness, handling, and contamination-control procedures required in a medical device facility._

    + _Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, pallet jack_

    + _Communicate effectively with procurement, production, quality, and planning teams to resolve material discrepancies and expedite issues._

    _Required qualifications skills_

    + _Hands-on experience using Salesforce MDSR application Preferred_

    + _Prior warehouse or production-support experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment,_ **_1+ year_**

    + _Strong attention to detail and accurate electronic data entry._

    + _Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. with assistance._

    + _Good communication skills and ability to follow written SOPs and quality procedures._

    + _Willingness to comply with PPE controls during the decontamination process, and controlled-environment rules as required._

    + _Preferred Familiarity with SAP inventory application_

    + _Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams_

    + _Experience with cycle-count programs, inventory reconciliation, and investigations in a regulated environment ISO/FDA context _

    + _Work environment physical demands Medical device manufacturing/warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting_

    + _Strict adherence to PPE, sterility/cleanliness, and quality systems._

    + _Ability to work required shifts and occasional overtime as needed_
