    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. This is a **non-IT Project/Program Manager role** supporting a **web strategy team** focused on **Surface, Copilot, and Windows** . The person in this role will manage **web-related projects, operational workflows, and team artifacts** , ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered smoothly across stakeholders. It’s less about hands-on engineering and more about **coordination, execution, and process improvement** for web initiatives tied to major Microsoft products.

     

    **Job Title:** Project Manager Non Tech 4

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $58/hr - $63/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve project goals and integrating technical activities effectively.

    + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.

    + Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering staff development and maintaining high performance standards.

    + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.

    + Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in project management within a non-IT environment, with 8-10 years of relevant experience.

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively.

    + Leadership and mentoring skills to support team growth and performance.

    + Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and strategic planning principles.
