    Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Project Manager

    **Location:** Remote – must adhere to Pacific time zone work hours and be available to attend meetings 8a-5p PT Mon-Fri. Candidates located near Sacramento metro to make occasional office visits are a plus.

    **Pay Range:** up to $75 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and coordinate complex technical projects involving Microsoft .Net applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

    + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, managing tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.

    + Engage with senior leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to facilitate communication, report progress, and address issues proactively.

    + Apply project management best practices within a hybrid agile framework to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

    + Identify risks, scope changes, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary to keep projects on track.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 7 years of progressively responsible project management experience leading complex IT projects.

    + Proven expertise in managing projects involving Microsoft .Net applications, with hands-on experience in at least one relevant project.

    + Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent.

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level leadership.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to process large amounts of information and adapt to changing priorities.
