    Job Purpose Summary

    We are seeking a Production Assembly Operator with an engaging and generous spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Operator will perform production operations associated with Class Is and Class IIa Medical Devices.

    What you will do

    + Assure personal and peer safety are maintained.

    + Assure product and patient quality are maintained.

    + Perform Production Assembly Operations:

    + Gluing

    + Sealing

    + Drilling

    + Assembly

    + Pouching

    + Packaging

    + Quality Assurance

    + Vacuum Checks

    + Blade Inspection

    + Final Device Inspection

    + Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times.

    + Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Supervisor.

    + Document all necessary steps at the time of completion.

    What you will need

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Ability to write legibly.

    + Ability to read and comprehend directions.

    + Strong initiative / self-starter.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Team player with a positive, can do attitude.

    + Strong verbal communication skills.

    + Preferred experiences include:

    + 2 years Production experience

    + Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience

    + Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures

    + Mechanically inclined

    + Strong attendance record

    _A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $16-$20/hour. Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees._
