    Main Responsibilities

    Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Professional Background

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

    + Professional certification (e.g., AACE, RICS, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.

    Experience

    + Minimum 5–8 yearsof cost control experience within construction, rail, or major infrastructure projects.

    + Proven experience on large, complex projects (EPC, Design & Build, or alliance models preferred).

    + Strong understanding of cost control processes across the full project lifecycle.

    Technical Skills

    + Advanced proficiency in cost control tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel).

    + Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and cash flow analysis.

    + Ability to interpret project schedules and integrate cost and planning data.

    Personal & Professional Competencies

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Leadership capability with experience mentoring junior team members.

    + Proactive, results-driven, and commercially aware.
