Amergis is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team and deliver high-quality speech and language services to students with diverse needs. + Role: Speech-Language Pathologist – School Setting
+ Start Date: January 12, 2026
+ Contract Length: 22 weeks
+ Schedule: Weekdays
+ Hours: 40 hours/week
+ Interview: Virtual interview required
+ Setting: School-based, under the direction of the Special Education Director
+ Organize and implement a comprehensive speech-language program for students
+ Identify students needing intervention and conduct thorough evaluations
+ Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy services
+ Maintain accurate documentation aligned with each student’s plan of care
+ Build strong rapport with students, families, and school staff
+ Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
+ Collaborate closely with SPED teams and other educational professionals
+ Active SLP Licensure in the state of assignment (required)
+ CCC-SLP preferred; may be required depending on contract
+ Current CPR, if applicable
+ TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as required)
+ Current health certificate (per state/contract regulations)
+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be 18 years or older
