Job Description:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm

+ Completes USPS, SmartPost, and FedEx processes for proper shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

+ Troubleshoots FedEx Cafe to resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.

+ Confirms shipping manifests to ensure all packages are accounted for and have been picked up by the appropriate courier.

+ Other duties as assigned.
