    Job Description:

    + Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.

    + Observes and monitors patient lab work for trends and reports abnormal lab tests to the appropriate physician and obtains appropriate interventions.

    + Performs and documents ongoing patient assessment which accurately reflects patients' physical and mental status.

    + Develops, prioritizes, and documents a plan of care that is individualized and involves patient, family, and/or significant other in goal setting per unit standards.

    + Administers, adjusts, and monitors response to IV medication infusions and IV medications in a safe, competent and independent manner.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, AVADE (AVADE) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
