    Job Description:

    + Observes patients to detect behavior patterns and report observations and concerns to the registered nurse or behavioral health clinician.

    + Implements patient-centered care and trauma-informed care.

    + Creates and supports a therapeutic environment for safe treatment implementation.

    + Performs observation rounds on assigned patients, documenting in real time, in order to detect behavior patterns.

    + Utilizes clear and positive communication skills to assess and provide therapeutic intervention for patients' and families' needs and concerns.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $16.37 - $26.19
