**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welder Laborers** for projects located in the **Sioux Falls, SD area** . This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$28-29/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Welder Laborer ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform MIG welding on stainless steel components used in agricultural conveyor manufacturing

+ Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication diagrams

+ Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting tools, and shop machinery safely and efficiently

+ Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

+ Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and shop protocols

+ Work collaboratively with fabricators, fitters, and assembly teams to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

+ Experience MIG welding stainless steel in shop setting

+ All welding PPE
