Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Fulfillment Checker:
+ Order Verification: Review and verify order details against packing slips, ensuring that the correct items, sizes, and quantities are selected for each order
+ Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging. Report any issues or discrepancies to the Fulfillment Manager
+ Packing and Labeling: Assist in packing orders securely and labeling packages accurately for shipment. Ensure compliance with shipping standards and regulations
+ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed to maintain a well-organized fulfillment area
+ Data Entry: Accurately enter tracking information and order updates into the inventory management system, ensuring all records are current and organized
+ Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members in the fulfillment and shipping departments to optimize processes and resolve any issues that arise
+ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and best practices in the warehouse, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
+ Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and suggest improvements to fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends
Job requirements:
+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Experience: Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred, especially within the eCommerce or retail industry
+ Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and product inspection
+ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
+ Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate inventory management systems
+ Familiarity with eCommerce order fulfillment processes and best practices
+ Knowledge of fashion industry standards and customer expectations for quality
+ Background check and drug screening required
