    Job Description

    We are hiring a Machine Operator in Muncy, PA, with production/manufacturing experience to work in our hand pack operation. You will focus on disassembling and assembling package-related equipment, as well as focus on production equipment for proper startups. You must be flexible to work eight to twelve hours per day. You may be scheduled to work twelve hours, be off eight hours, and return to work for twelve hours. Overtime is required. Benefits are offered after completion of the probationary period. The pay for this role is $23.46.

     

    A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    + **Adhering to Safety Practices** **–** Learn and apply company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.

    + **Technical and Manual Machine Operating** **–** Learn all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment to get it ready for production runs.

    + **Direction and Servant Leadership Result** **–** Provide coverage for other employees who may be on extended work schedules, vacations, and other time off.

    + **Measure Twice and Cut Once** – Perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance on production equipment.

    + **Continuous Improvement** – Establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

     

    We're Looking for Someone With

     

    + Ability to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty (50) pounds.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.

    + Ability to work overtime, holidays & weekends on a regular basis.

    + Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.
