Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery goals. Translate complex business and system requirements into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that enable development teams to deliver high quality solutions. Partner closely with engineers, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to support solution design, estimation, sprint planning, and execution.

Act as the primary link between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of product goals, scope, timelines, and trade offs. Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap development by incorporating stakeholder input, performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends. Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Support the delivery of applications across on premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, working with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure stability, security, and performance. Coordinate releases with DevOps and support teams, oversee user acceptance testing, and ensure readiness for production. Monitor post launch performance, address issues, and drive ongoing enhancements.

Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards by collaborating with cybersecurity and risk teams. Support audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI DSS.

Required Skill

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

+ Minimum of three years of experience in a technical product owner, product management, or business analysis role within an Agile environment.

+ Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software development practices.

+ Hands on experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

+ Proven ability to lead technical discussions with developers, architects, and DevOps teams.

+ Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe certification is required or strongly preferred.

Desired Skill

+ Experience with cloud native and distributed systems including microservices, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI CD pipelines.

+ Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, and logging tools.

+ Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

+ Experience supporting applications in regulated environments and collaborating on security, compliance, and risk initiatives.
