+ As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead all facets of airborne tactical SIGINT and MULTI-INT solutions crafted by CACI for the TACMOBILE program office within PEO C4I.

+ You will helm a multidisciplinary team comprising Assistant Program Managers, Program Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, dedicated to furnishing top-tier capabilities for the Navy SIGINT community.

+ Alongside your team, you will fulfill CACI’s contractual obligations to the Navy, devise strategies to enhance Navy airborne SIGINT and Multi-INT capabilities, and work closely with clients to pinpoint unfulfilled mission requirements and create and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage all technical, schedule, budget, and personnel requirements for CACI’s TACMOBILE Program

+ Responsibility for one or more CACI prime contracts

+ Provide periodic program updates to the customer including quarterly program reviews capturing technical and program (milestones, expenditures, risks) execution

+ Proactively identify risks, develop and execution mitigation strategies as a partner to Customer representatives in the corresponding specialties of Information Assurance, Flight Readiness/Fitness for Flight, Global Network Connectivity, and mission support systems

+ Form and foster customer relationships to develop the strategy and plans to advance and grow the customer core Multi-INT cross-platform tactical mission

+ Translate customer mission needs and opportunities into program strategies, plans, and requirements

+ Manage a cross-functional program team comprised of Project Managers, System Engineers, Program Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)

+ Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify staffing requirements to fulfill customer objectives

+ Lead proposal and contract activities including business and technical responses to customer requests for proposal, drafting of statement of technical objectives, drafting of proposal volumes, etc.

Qualifications:

_Required:_

+ Requires a degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years work experience in a technical field related to Signals Intelligence or other Multi-INT technologies

+ 5+ years technical supervisory/management experience

+ Ability to understand and effectively explain technical architectures and implementations associated with complex Multi-INT and distributed intelligence solutions to Customer Leadership and Subject Matter Experts

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution

+ High degree of attention to detail and organization skills

+ Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the company

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
