    Shifts Available:Nights

     

    Hours:12-hour shifts – 7:00pm to 7:00am

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

    + Provide direct patient care, including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.

    + Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes in patient condition.

    + Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or side effects.

    + Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures within state LPN scope.

    + Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support individualized care plans.

    + Assist with discharge planning and provide patient/family education on treatments and recovery.

    + Follow infection control practices and maintain accurate patient records.

    Qualifications

    Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:

     

    + Current and valid state license

    + Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current

    + IV certification upon hire (state specific)
