    Schedule:

    Overnight Shift: 12-hour shifts, Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

     

    Day Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

     

    We are seeking a skilled **Polysomnographic Technician** to join our Sleep Lab team.

     

    Under the general supervision of the Sleep Lab Manager, this role is responsible for conducting comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis to support the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This includes performing diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient care activities, and patient education related to sleep studies.

     

    The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and proficient in sleep study procedures and equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, including patient setup, data acquisition, and scoring.

    + Monitor and evaluate sleep recordings to ensure accuracy and quality.

    + Provide supportive patient care and education before, during, and after sleep studies.

    + Identify and respond to sleep-related events, equipment issues, and patient needs during testing.

    + Assist in implementing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions during studies.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and safety standards.

    Minimum Education

    Required:

    + High School Diploma

    + Training acquired through work experience or formal education

    Preferred:

    + Associate’s Degree

    + Enrollment in an A-STEP Program

    Minimum Experience

    Required:

    + At least **one (1) year** of previous experience as a Sleep Technician

    Preferred:

    + **Three (3) years** of job-related experience

     

    Licensure & Certifications

    Required:

    + **BLS CPR certification** issued by the American Heart Association

    Other Requirement:

    + Must obtain **Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)** certification **within one (1) year** of hire.

    COMPENSATION

    Pay Range: $24.33 - $37.73 per hour

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
