Perform a variety of machining re-work operations that include rework and facing operations after bending parts.
+ Be able to set-up snow machines and other related secondary equipment to perform all required machining functions
+ Set-up and operator will be responsible for the quality of their pieces
+ Set-up, adjust, and operate turret lathe machines on a wide variety of parts
+ Operate nut checking equipment, following work instructions provided in the cell
+ Set-up, adjust, and operate all secondary machining equipment
+ Be able to read and work from blueprints, operation sheets, or specifications in selecting cutting tools and machine controls
+ Operate and clean Parts Washer
+ Perform a variety of machining re-work operations that include rework and facing operations after bending
+ Check the parts being produced, maintain tool and machine adjustments, and sharpen and reset tools as required
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Previous manufacturing experience
+ Previous machine operating expereince preferred
+ Good math, reading and writing skills
+ Basic computer skills
+ Be able to use measuring instruments, such as a scale, calipers, micrometers, bevel protractor, etc.
+ Be able to read blueprints and drawings
