_What Will You Do?_
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory levels.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods. Re-stocks items as necessary. Labels shelves. Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents, and prepares deliveries.
• May perform other routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_
-Walking, and standing for long periods of time
-Ability to lift 30lbs
-Operate fork truck
-Operate a pallet jack truck
_Your Experience Should Be..._
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Performs under minimal supervision
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- Oral and written communication skills. Computer skills. Clerical skills. Planning skills. Problem solving skills.
