Overview
The Director of Pricing is responsible for developing, governing, and executing the pricing strategy and pricing operations that support profitable revenue growth across Chadwell Supply. This leader oversees Pricing Support & Analytics, Pricing Administration (Contracts), and partners cross-functionally to ensure pricing accuracy, competitive positioning, and alignment with financial and revenue goals.
The Director of Pricing ensures that pricing remains a strategic asset — driving margin improvement, supporting sales execution, enabling accurate forecasting, and equipping leadership with the insights required to make informed decisions. This position also ensures pricing compliance, contract accuracy, and proper implementation across systems, markets, and customer segments.
What you will need
+ 7+ years of pricing, revenue management, analytics, finance, or related commercial experience.
+ Experience with large datasets, pricing tools, analytical modeling, and CRM/ERP systems.
+ Experience in distribution, B2B, industrial products, or multifamily-related sectors.
+ Leadership experience in pricing operations or contract administration.
+ Experience improving pricing governance, margin strategy, and forecasting maturity.
How you will make an Impact
+ Own and evolve the enterprise pricing strategy across products, markets, and customer segments to drive margin growth and competitiveness
+ Establish and maintain a unified pricing architecture and governance framework aligned with financial and revenue goals
+ Lead pricing analytics and support functions, including margin analysis, competitive studies, elasticity modeling, and executive reporting
+ Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analysis to inform strategic and long-term decision-making
+ Oversee pricing administration and contract management to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent pricing execution
+ Partner with Sales Operations to align contract terms, system configuration, and customer expectations
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align pricing with business strategy and systems
+ Drive pricing execution excellence by improving processes, governance, accuracy, and cycle times
+ Reduce pricing errors, friction, and customer issues through continuous process improvement
+ Lead, develop, and mentor pricing teams, setting clear KPIs and building future analytical leaders
